Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, Bryan City Schools has moved to PaySchools for all lunch and fee payments. This move was necessary because our previous provider has shut down.
You can use PaySchools to add lunch money to student lunch accounts and pay school fees using ACH (e-check) or credit/debit card. There is a fee of $1.75 per transaction for ACH and 3.25% + 1.25 per transaction for credit/debit card transactions. This fee is what is charged to BCS by our provider.
You can still make lunch deposits via check made payable to Bryan City Schools. Please have your student's ID number in the memo line so that it can get processed accurately.
It is necessary to set up an account, add your child(ren) to your account, and add payment method(s). This is a step-by-step process that will take 10-15 minutes to set up, but once you set it up, future payments will be easy. To set up your account, follow along with the screenshots.
