Kevin Schafer is the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for Bryan City Schools. Mr. Schafer is responsible for all financial matters for the district. Janet Hageman is our Assistant Treasurer, while Brandy Rodeheaver is our Benefits and Payroll Clerk.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids will be received by Bryan City Schools, at the District Offices, 1350 W. Fountain Grove Drive, Bryan, Ohio  43506, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 19, 2025, when they will be opened and read, for the Athletic Field House Reroof, located at 1350 W. Fountain Grove Drive, Bryan, Ohio, in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Beilharz Architects, Inc.

Contract Documents may be obtained upon request from kentp@beilharzarchitects.com.  Addenda will be distributed to registered plan holders only.

Bids must include a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders.

No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening.  The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.

Access to information concerning the conduct of the people’s business is a right of every person in this state. Records of the Bryan City School District which are not exempt from disclosure under the law are available for inspection and copying in accordance with the Ohio Public Records Act.  Requests for records may be made during regular business hours to:
