Treasurer

Kevin Schafer is the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for Bryan City Schools. Mr. Schafer is responsible for all financial matters for the district. Janet Hageman is our Assistant Treasurer, while Brandy Rodeheaver is our Benefits and Payroll Clerk.

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Bryan City School District, Bryan, Ohio, at the office of the Treasurer, 1350 Fountain Grove Drive, Bryan, OH 43506 until 1:00 PM May 9, 2025.  At that time the bids will be opened by the Treasurer of said Board for dairy items for the school year August 2025 through June 2026, according to the specifications.  Instructions to bidders and specifications are on file at the office of the Treasurer of the Board.

The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Access to information concerning the conduct of the people’s business is a right of every person in this state. Records of the Bryan City School District which are not exempt from disclosure under the law are available for inspection and copying in accordance with the Ohio Public Records Act.  Requests for records may be made during regular business hours to:
